PHILOSOPHY OF GOOD SOUPS

The fresh soups from Suppenwerk are real homemade stock soups. The recipe for success is very simple and contains four ingredients.

Freshness

Our most important quality ingredients are the fresh base products with which we prepare our soups and stews. The legumes are soaked the evening before, everything is clean, cut, stirred, seasoned, strained and sampled by hand. Freshly every day.

Concentration

We concentrate on what we do best: soups. And the soul of all soups is the stock, an essence of the flavours of fresh meat or fish, vegetables and spices. Producing stock is an elaborate process and requires experience and know-how. Suppenwerk is one of the few providers who cook soup with their own handmade broths and stocks.

Freedom

Our fresh soups are free. Free from preservatives, flavour enhancers and artificial flavours. The fresh and intensive taste experience is solely a result of the natural, pure and unadulterated ingredients. This makes the soups healthy as well as tasty. With many vitamins, fibre, sufficient carbohydrates and little fat.

Time

We have been cooking soup for ten years. We take the time that a good soup needs. Our stocks alone require at least three hours before the flavours that make them so tasty are all absorbed. Take the time for a culinary journey in the countryside, by the sea or far afield. Fresh Suppenwerk soups offer variety and enjoyment for all. For meat-lovers and vegetarians. For small, medium and large appetites. For Asian, African and local taste preferences.
